Terms of Service

By accessing or using Klaws ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Klaws provides a platform for deploying and managing personal AI agents. Your agent runs on our cloud infrastructure 24/7 and can be accessed via web chat, Telegram, and Discord. Agents can browse the web, manage social media accounts, send emails, run scheduled tasks, build websites, and learn new skills over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by your AI agent on connected third-party services (X/Twitter, Gmail, GitHub, etc.).

All paid plans include a 3-day free trial. Billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, your agent stops running but your data is preserved for 30 days. See our Pricing page for current plans.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when your agent processes messages. Unused credits do not roll over. If you exceed your credit limit, your agent continues to operate but premium features may be limited until the next billing cycle.

You may connect third-party services to your agent (X/Twitter, Gmail, Telegram, Discord, GitHub). When you provide API keys or authorize connections, your agent acts on your behalf on those platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each third-party platform. Klaws is not responsible for actions taken by your agent on third-party services.

Your agent can run scheduled tasks (cron jobs) that execute automatically. You are responsible for the content and actions of scheduled tasks. Tasks that violate third-party platform rules or applicable laws may result in account suspension.

You agree not to use the Service to: generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; spam or harass others via connected platforms; attempt to access other users' agents or data; circumvent usage limits or billing; interfere with the operation of the Service; or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Content generated by your AI agent is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, sent, or shared via connected platforms.

Websites and files created by your agent in Canvas are stored on our infrastructure. Published sites are accessible via a subdomain of useklaws.com. We reserve the right to remove published content that violates these terms.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your agent's memory, skills, files, and conversation data are stored on our servers and isolated per user.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your agent will be stopped and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from actions taken by your AI agent on third-party platforms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
